With over 24 years of experience in Retail, spread between PROCUREMENT/FMCG/FUEL/QSR&PHARMA, Werner is a passionate and driven leader who currently oversees the Franchise at the Alpha Pharm Group for the past 8 years, one of the largest and most innovative pharmacy networks in South Africa.

Werner has a passion for developing and implementing strategies to grow any
franchise base, increase sales revenue, and enhance customer loyalty and
satisfaction. He has a strong background in customer relationship management (CRM), Convenience Retail, Business Management, Sales and Marketing, as well as a proven track record of delivering results and exceeding expectations. Werner has successfully launched and managed multiple franchise formats, lead the implementation of new business development & growth initiatives, whilst working with diverse and cross-functional teams across the World during his 10 years of employment at Shell.
